Fully restored in the USA prior to its importation into the UK in 2015 winning 1st prize “Best Classic Corvette” at the Classic American Car Show Tatton Park July 2016. As well as presenting in its as restored immaculate order the car’s original 300hp 327ci ‘Turbo-Fire’ V8 mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox makes for a highly spirited and involved driving experience. In fact, quite amazing considering this Corvette is now 57 years old.
This matching numbers C2 comes with a detailed History file back as far as its factory dispatch data and original Dealer Invoice along with invoicing for additional UK expenditure in excess of £20,000 which can be shown in the history file.
Immaculately maintained and presented and arguably the best paint and trim combination you could have had for a Corvette in 1965, or indeed 2022. What’s not to like?!
We have just completed a 1200-mile trip to the Scottish Highlands where this Corvette performed faultlessly and did not miss a beat. Not bad for a 57-year-old car driving some of the most challenging (and stunning) roads in the UK.
