A simply outstanding Mustang Fastback and runner-up in 2018 at the Mustang Owners Club of Great Britain National show, this example is amongst the very best examples in the UK if not Europe. Featured in 2 national classic American magazines, copies of which come with it alongside its 2018 MOCGB Trophy.

Fully restored to show standard and presents immaculately throughout. Professional bare-metal respray by renowned American specialist Mechspray. New front Power Disc Brakes with re-built rear drums. The engine bay is fully detailed to show standard using chrome, stainless steel and polished aluminium. The 289 is its original unit that has been rebuilt and upgraded with Edelbrock Performer Aluminium Heads, Endurashine 4-barrel carburettor and intake, uprated Edelbrock cam, Ford Performer chrome valve covers and Taylors braided HT leads. The C-4 Transmission has been fully rebuilt with a new torque converter. Comes complete with a 121-image photographic record of the restoration.

All new brightwork and bumpers and fitted billet grille. Bullet chrome sports mirrors. New interior panels and hardware and 3-point seat belts. Pipecraft stainless steel dual exhaust system. Polished aluminium Torq-Thrust 17×7 front with 18×7 wheels to the rear.

Imported into the UK in 2017 and purchased with a warranted mileage of 33000 from the US second long-term owner who had bought it in 1970, keeping it in the family for 47 years. The Mustang has now covered just 40000 miles from new. Complete with its Marti Report confirming its credentials and showing it was ordered new with Power Steering, Sport Deck Rear Seat, Console, AM Radio, 2.79 Rear axle and C-4 Select Shift Automatic Transmission. Unusually it also comes with a US history file of service invoices etc going back as far as 1976.

Will be supplied with a new service and whist no longer required a new MOT.
