1969 Chevrolet Camaro 383 Stroker V8 T5 Manual. Finished in factory Hugger Orange with painted white stripes, black seats and interior, this 1969 Camaro is a well-restored and tastefully upgraded example of Chevrolet’s first-generation muscle car, sitting on contrasting American Racing wheels.
Power is provided by a 383 Stroker V8, paired with an upgraded Tremec 5-speed manual gearbox. Further upgrades include Wilwood front disc brakes, power steering, tubular front upper and lower control arms, an upgraded front sway bar, modern-style shocks, subframe connectors, and a performance dual exhaust system. Power is delivered through a limited slip differential, complemented by a rear sway bar and upgraded rear leaf springs for improved handling and drivability.
This example was showcased on The Grand Tour with James May as part of a feature highlighting the best of 1960’s American Muscle – https://www.youtube.com/watch?
