“Having been looking for a Ford Cortina 1600E for a little while, we finally came across one for sale at Retro Classic Car in North Yorkshire. Knowing that this lovely example would sell quickly, but living 280 miles away we had to act fast. We telephoned at once and explained to Adrian how we had owned one of these cars over 40 years ago, but that this was our first experience of buying a classic car. We were assured that this was a lovely example which had been the subject of a 3 year restoration from 2015. Adrian provided an honest history and detailed description of the vehicle answering all our questions and fully understanding our uncertainty at wishing to buy a genuine classic without being able to travel to view it. Adrian and Sam were both immediately available to provide much needed friendly and professional support and advice. Suffice to say the Cortina arrived as promised and did not disappoint. Thank you Adrian and Sam, we are looking forward to the Spring and using the classic car. Many thanks for great service”
